Facial reflexology has all of the health benefits of traditional foot reflexology, with the additional benefits of rejuvenating the skin, leaving you with a natural healthy glow. We hold so much tension in the face and the markings on the face can reveal much about your health and wellness as well as personality. It quite literally mirrors what is going on internally in the body & mind. Through facial reflexology, the tension will melt away and revive the spirit inside of you. 

What can you expect from a facial reflexology treatment?
A consultation will take place where you will be able to discuss medical history, lifestyle and diet and I will complete an analysis of your face. This will help me to tailor the treatment to your needs.
I will cleanse your face with organic facial wipes (avoiding the eyes) and apply an organic oil or Zone Face Lift Elixir. 

Stimulating the Reflexes
I will gently stimulate reflex points on your face that correspond to different areas of the body. It is not unusual for people to fall asleep during the treatment as it is incredibly relaxing - we are often unaware of just how much tension in held in the face. Stimulating the reflexes helps to release this tension, which will leave you feeling calm and deeply relaxed.
