Gift Vouchers

Are you looking for a unique gift for friends or family? Reflexology is suitable for everyone including during pregnancy. Gift your friends and family a reflexology treatment to support them with relieving stress, calming anxiety and aid deeper sleep, leaving them nourished and restored. Maybe they'd like foot reflexology or facial reflexology, or both?! Gift vouchers can be redeemed at any of my locations or for home visits. 

Purchase an eGift card here or contact me to purchase a physical voucher in a luxurious envelope which I will post to your address or the recipients address (p&p £1.50). Please contact me with your preference and value of the voucher you require.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

How to purchase and redeem Gift Vouchers

​

  1. Email Gift Vouchers will be dispatched by email to the designated email account as soon as payment for the email Gift Voucher has been cleared.

  2. Physical Gift Vouchers will be posted to the recipient of the Gift Voucher within three (3) working days after payment for the Gift Voucher has been cleared.

  3. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery email address or physical address entered is correct. We cannot be responsible for the incorrect delivery of Gift Vouchers due to an error by a customer (such as, a mis-typed email address or physical address).

  4. Gift Vouchers are only available for purchase in pounds sterling using a credit, debit card or using PayPal.

  5. By purchasing and/or redeeming a Gift Voucher you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

  7. The maximum value of Gift Vouchers that can be purchased in any one order is £500.

  8. One or more Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against a single treatment.

  9. Luna Wellness UK shall not be responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, impaired, corrupted, destroyed, deleted or used without permission. Luna Wellness UK reserve the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which we deem to have been duplicated, or otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

  10. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value.

  11. Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of visit; Cash refunds are not available for part redeemed vouchers.

  12. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. 

  13. Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.

  14. Vouchers can only be used against treatments offered by Luna Wellness UK.

  15. Voucher or Email Confirmation must be presented on arrival.

  16. Voucher Redemption / Treatment bookings are strictly subject to availability.  

  17. Promotional Vouchers are not permitted to be used in conjunction with other offers.

  18. Gift Cards are provided by Luna Wellness UK, 21 Maugham House, Brixton. SW2 5RT.

  19. We reserve the right to amend these Gift Voucher terms and conditions at any time without notice and may take appropriate action, including the cancellation of a Gift Voucher if, in our absolute discretion, we deem such action necessary.
